The hotel went beyond my expectations for the price. Its a boutique style hotel so the room was smallish, but beautiful. We didn't have a view to speak off, but as we were on a shopping spree it wasn't important to us. There is hanging space and a shelved unit which is fine for a few days stay. The bathroom is also beautiful. The hotel bar/restaurant area is stunning (I would love to see this at Christmas:)) The staff are exceptional ( and could teach a thing or two to a more upmarket neighbouring hotel) and we were met with smiles and courtesy from start to finish... Now for the niggly part ...please read the small print and you won't be disappointed - there is work going on within the hotel as another floor is being added. We heard small tapping.noises from around 7.30am and the louder machinery goes from around 8.30am on til around 4.30pm. As we were planning to be around town it didn't really bother us. The hotel has been open and honest about the work which we appreciated. I can highly recommend this hotel for price and location and will definitely return.

Location is just off O'Connell Street and central to buses or within walking distance of Temple Bar. The hotel room was on the 4th floor very quiet and clean....we really couldn't have wished for a nicer hotel. Breakfast is a buffet , pastries, fruit etc...but this was fine for us as there are many options nearby for cooked breakfast... At the time the hotel is having extra floors put on but the building work did not affect us one bit ..there was not dust or noise,.. Front of house staff are knowledgeable and helpful..... I will be back when next in Dublin....

Weekday price for Dublin was nice, but Dublin is still extortionate. Late check out was till 2pm and only cost €15, well worth it! Bed was comfy, with decent space for a couple TV has chromescast and HDMI input, and is mounted directly in front of the bed, for anyone curious. Plenty of towels supplied, with facecloths also. Staff looked after our bags for a few hours after we checked out, incredibly considerate and helpful! Location is perfect for sightseeing City Center!

The property was in a good location , albeit in one of the more ‘ urban areas’ of the city according to the locals we spoke with. The hotel was clean and well kept and all of the staff were more than happy to help. Despite the building works and it being on a busy street , the noise levels were low and there were no interruptions from the building works. It was a great addition to have a bar in the hotel , as other point a hotels we have stayed in don’t have this.

Breakfast was really good, with a fair selection of food and drink, including freshly baked bread & croissants, fruit, cereal etc. I asked for a quiet room and I got one, so my sleep was very comfortable. All in all, a perfect place for staying a couple of nights - close to the center (max 20 minutes on foot), public transport just round the corner, rooms clean and comfortable. Would definitely choose this hotel if coming to Dublin again.
